Faster roads

I always found that the roads in Banished never provided much of a speed increase, this mod increases dirt roads to 2x normal speed and stone roads to 3x normal speeds.
*Sorry, something seems to have messed up when I packaged this version. Fix on it's way

For those interested in increasing the speeds still further (Or making roads slow you down if you're really sadistic) these options are available in the Citizens.rsc file in the Templates folder.
