This is a short mod that removes the wind noise when you are zoomed out. It only changes the WindEffect.rsc file. I can still hear some slight noise at times, so it could be it's related to other files as well, close to trees or rivers or something, but with this mod the worst wind annoyance is removed.

- Removed wind around mountains as well. It was fainter than the zoomed out noise, but now that is gone too. I'm new to this modding business so I don't know if this version will work with saves started with the original file.
